Problem Note 62942: The CODE statement in PROC PLM generates incorrect predicted values when the item store is created from certain PROC PROBIT models
Predicted values produced by the CODE statement in PROC PLM are incorrect under the following circumstances:
- The item store is generated with the STORE statement in PROC PROBIT
- The NOINT option is specified in the MODEL statement
- The response variable is binary
Correct predicted values are available using the OUTPUT statement in PROC PROBIT. See section 3 of SAS Note 33307, "Scoring (computing predicted values) for new observations or a validation data set".
